We advised the shareholders of Rollover AS in connection with Hasko Invest AB (publ)’s acquisition of a majority stake in the company.

We have advised Nordlaks on the development, construction and commissioning of its new offshore tank, Storbåtsegget. This is Nordlaks’ first semi-closed aquaculture facility, which has now arrived in Vesterålen after a three-week voyage from the shipyard in Turkey.

Pandion Energy has completed the sale of its participating interests in the Valhall and Hod fields, as well as the Slagugle and Mistral discoveries, to INPEX Idemitsu Norge AS. Arntzen Grette advised Pandion Energy in the transaction, which represents an important step in the company’s active portfolio management strategy and continued growth.

We are proud to have advised KPMG Norge on the sale of part of its business to the newly established audit firm Cedra Norge (backed by Adelis Equity). The agreement covers ten offices primarily providing audit and advisory services to small and medium-sized clients, with around 220 employees transferring to Cedra.

Adaptive AS has entered into an agreement to be acquired by Visma, a leading provider of business-critical solutions for the property sector. We are proud to have advised Adaptive as legal counsel in this transaction.

The Nordic consulting group ARC Arise Consulting has acquired the Norwegian company Oceans. Together, they form one of the largest consulting groups in the Nordic region with nearly 1200 consultants specializing in strategy, technology, innovation, design, and communication. Altor Equity Partners is the leading external investor supporting the groups growth journey. We are proud to have assisted ARC, in cooperation with Hammarskiöld, in this transaction.

We are proud to have assisted Cartesian as legal advisers in this successful funding round. Cartesian, a provider of modular and cost-effective energy storage systems managed to raise NOK 23 million, in addition to NOK 8 million in R&D funds from Norges Forskningsråd and Innovation Norway.

Today, sensiBel, a Norwegian scale-up, announced a significant milestone with the successful closure of their EUR 7 million funding round. The investment was led by Sennheiser, a global leader in professional audio, along with participation from existing shareholders including TRUMPF Venture, Skagerak Capital, Investinor, SINTEF Venture, MP Pensjon, and Halden Kommunale Pensjonskasse. We are proud to have acted as legal advisers to SensiBel throughout this transaction.

On 3 July 2023, INPEX Idemitsu Norge agreed to sell its participating interests in the Statfjord Øst and Sygna fields to Longboat Japex Norge, and on 31 January 2024 the transaction was completed. We are pleased to have served as legal advisors to INPEX Idemitsu Norge in this process.
