Pandion Energy divests remaining NCS interests to Vår Energi
We have advised Pandion Energy AS in connection with the divestment of all of its remaining participating interests on the Norwegian Continental Shelf (NCS) to Vår Energi ASA.
The transaction includes Pandion Energy’s interests in the producing Nova field, the Ofelia development project, the Sierra Solberg Rodrigues discovery and four exploration licences.
Pandion Energy was established in 2016 and has since built a portfolio of exploration, development and producing assets on the NCS.
The transaction is subject to customary conditions for completion, including approval by the Norwegian Ministry of Energy.
