Cartesian successfully raises capital

We are proud to have assisted Cartesian as legal advisers in this successful funding round. Cartesian, a provider of modular and cost-effective energy storage systems managed to raise NOK 23 million, in addition to NOK 8 million in R&D funds from Norges Forskningsråd and Innovation Norway.

Sennheiser invests in Norwegian scale-up sensiBel

Today, sensiBel, a Norwegian scale-up, announced a significant milestone with the successful closure of their EUR 7 million funding round. The investment was led by Sennheiser, a global leader in professional audio, along with participation from existing shareholders including TRUMPF Venture, Skagerak Capital, Investinor, SINTEF Venture, MP Pensjon, and Halden Kommunale Pensjonskasse. We are proud to have acted as legal advisers to SensiBel throughout this transaction.

Arntzen de Besche assists Nordlaks with the hydra innovation project

We are proud to assist Nordlaks with another exciting and complex innovation project. Hydra is a semi-closed production tank for aquaculture. The technology was invented and designed in Norway, and will be built in Turkey by the Gemak shipyard group from the summer until delivery in the first quarter of 2024.

Arntzen de Besche has assisted in the sale of FARA

It was announced 2nd December 2019 that the UK company TIcketer has acquired the technology company FARA. FARA is a leading provider in the Nordics within electronic ticketing and the products are sold to among others Sweden, Denmark, Germany, UK, Ungarn and Switzerland.
