Commercial contracts

Contracts provide certainty of value and recognition of obligations – but they are also strategic assets, forming the foundation for growth, profitability and successful transformation. The greatest threat to a contract is unforeseen change, especially in a world of political disruption where long-held assumptions about trade, tariffs and commercial alliances are being challenged. Contract expertise has therefore never been more important, and it now requires a different perspective than in the past.

Industry knowledge, awareness of international dynamics and insight into regulatory trends have become critical. At Arntzen Grette, we combine sector expertise and experience with a commercial approach, ensuring that the agreements we design not only reduce risk but also create lasting value for our clients. We call it turning insight into action.

We have advised, among others:

  • SensiBel AS on an investment and collaboration agreement with a global sensor company – including negotiations on production, ownership and technology for large-scale MEMS microphone manufacturing
  • MOBAI on the development and implementation of a new national ID verification platform through a public–private partnership, including a SaaS framework and regulatory requirements relating to AML and eID
  • the first partnering and Integrated Project Delivery (IPD) projects in Norway, including the Tønsberg project and Nye Veier’s E6 development, where we led contract drafting and negotiations
