Peter Lenda advises clients on technology and digitalisation. He has extensive experience from both the supplier and customer sides, having served as General Counsel and in-house legal adviser. This background gives him unique expertise and insight into technology and IT projects, business models, and commercial dynamics. Peter’s understanding of the ICT sector makes him a trusted adviser to clients, ensuring seamless alignment between legal, technical, and commercial considerations.

Peter has substantial experience in the development of technology businesses, their IT projects, and the protection of their rights. He has broad expertise across all types of IT contracts and services, both on the procurement and supplier side — ranging from consultancy agreements and cloud services (IaaS/PaaS/SaaS) to complex operations and outsourcing agreements. Having been operationally responsible for contract negotiation and quality assurance of IT agreements, he has in-depth knowledge of Norwegian IT standard contracts (SSA, Dataforeningen and IKT-Norge), and their respective advantages and limitations.
