She regularly assists Norwegian and international clients within M&A, from smaller acquisitions and sales, and bolt-on transactions, to large and complex transactions involving businesses in multiple jurisdictions. She has extensive experience from cross border transactions. Martina can provide assistance throughout the transaction process, from planning and due diligence to drafting and negotiating the contractual documents, to the execution of the transaction.
Martina has extensive experience from Swedish M&A, corporate law and commercial agreements. She has advised a number of Swedish entities in connection with acquisitions and sales in Norway. With her combined Norwegian and Swedish experience, she has a unique position to identify and assist clients with efficient and commercial and practical solutions in Norwegian-Swedish transactions.
