Pandion Energy has completed the sale of its participating interests in the Valhall and Hod fields, as well as the Slagugle and Mistral discoveries, to INPEX Idemitsu Norge AS. Arntzen Grette advised Pandion Energy in the transaction, which represents an important step in the company’s active portfolio management strategy and continued growth.

We are proud to have acted as legal advisors to bp with this joint venture, seeking to further develop the offshore wind opportunities in South Korea. As a part of the agreement, bp has acquired a 55 percent stake in Deep Wind Offshore’s (DWO) early-stage offshore wind portofolio, which includes four projects across the Korean peninsula with a potential generating capacity of up to 6GW.

Arcasa Arkitekter has 70 employees and had a turnover of NOK 125 million in 2021. With this acquisition, Sweco's architecture division will become the country's third largest architectural office with 180 employees under the brand name Sweco Architects.

We are proud that we, together with Herbert Smith Freehills LLP, have assisted the Japanese trading house Mitsui in its agreement to invest EUR 575 million, for a 27.5% stake in Aker Mainstream Renewable AS. The company is controlled by Aker Horizons with 54.4%.

Arntzen de Besche has assisted Sweco Norge AS in the acquisition of TAG Arkitekter AS. This is the first time Sweco acquires a Norwegian architect company. The agreement was announced 15 October.
