Founded in 2019, Aider has rapidly grown and established itself as a leading player in accounting and advisory services. The company serves over 9,000 clients and employs more than 1,100 people. Founders Andreas Vik and Knut Grotli will continue in their roles as CEO and Chairman of the Board, respectively.

With Castik as the majority owner, Aider will gain significant access to capital to continue its growth journey, both in Norway and with ambitions to become a Nordic player. Aider has also recently secured long-term financing through a bond issue of NOK 1.6 billion.

Castik Capital acquires majority stake in Aider

Øyvind Greaker Bjørndal primarily works with equity capital markets, private and public M&A and general contract law.

As part of the Transactions and Technology group, Øyvind assists clients across a wide range of industries, including in particular within renewable energy, manufacturing and the E&P sector.

Legal 500 notes that his clients recognise him for a “professional weight that creates trust” and that he is “available and reliable”. Øyvind is also recognised as a Rising Star Partner within capital markets by IFLR1000.

The transaction marks an important strategic step when KPMG sharpens its focus on larger clients, while Cedra enters the market as a new player with strong foundations for success.

Vi gratulerer Otovo ASA og Swiss Life Asset Managers med transaksjonen der Forte PV S.à.r.l, en del av et kollektivt investeringsfond forvaltet av Swiss Life Asset Managers, har kjøpt Otovos kontinentale portefølje av abonnementseiendeler på tvers av åtte europeiske land.

Arntzen de Besche har vært juridisk rådgiver for Swiss Life Asset Managers i forbindelse med transaksjonen.
