Industry

Through the production of goods and services, the development of infrastructure and innovation, industry helps to meet society’s needs and drive sustainable solutions for the future. At the same time, rising demands for efficiency, safety, environmental responsibility and social accountability make the legal framework governing industrial activity both complex and critical to society. In this landscape, strong legal expertise is essential to ensure that industry players can navigate safely, contribute to value creation and safeguard the interests of society.

Contracts in the process industry, supplier industry and other land-based industries share one common feature: they involve high-value, high-technology deliveries. This is often reflected in the scope and detail of the contracts. Managing such agreements requires the specialist legal expertise, experience and industry knowledge that Arntzen Grette can provide.

Our lawyers have extensive sector-specific experience and broad competence across a wide range of rig and shipbuilding projects, subsea contracts, offshore installation and other large-scale development projects, such as onshore oil and gas processing plants, power developments and offshore wind. We also have broad experience with most types of manufacturing and supply contracts, both offshore and onshore.

As legal advisers, we are committed to creating value for our clients in every part of their business, and we deliver all assignments through extensive teamwork. We provide tailored solutions for contract drafting and follow projects all the way through – from financing and design issues to contract strategy, negotiations and execution.
