- MOMEK Group – ongoing assistance with supplier and maintenance agreements, corporate law and M&A, including negotiations with Boliden AB and facilitation of MOMEK’s establishment of operations for Boliden in Sweden.
- Arctic Seafarm – pioneering land-based aquaculture project in Helgeland, providing advice from financing and regulatory processes to contract strategy and follow-up during the construction phase.
- Moelven Industrier – advisor in major industrial initiatives, including the establishment of factories, development of bioenergy solutions, and production and installation agreements within the timber and construction industries.
- Quant Norway – advising on the maintenance contract for machinery at Alcoa’s smelter in Mosjøen, which Quant took over through a transfer of undertaking from Bilfinger.
