Vidar Riksfjord

Riksfjord acts as legal advisor and counsel for clients in disputes involving numerous industries, including banking, financial services, private equity and venture capital, real estate, retail, shipping, insurance, energy, fisheries and aquaculture. He also represents and counsel management, directors, accountants and lawyers in professional liability matters.​ He has rights of audience before the Supreme Court.

Riksfjord has a particular focus on commercial disputes, typically arising out of debt and equity investments, financing agreements, acquisition agreements, shareholder agreements, contracts and other significant agreements or arrangements. He also specializes in cases involving trade secrets, financial instruments, digital currencies, valuations and other economic issues, as well as employment law.​
