Siri Flovikholm

Flovikholm works with employment law, where she assists employers and employees with advice, investigations, negotiations, and dispute resolution. She has experience with a wide range of employment law matters, including dismissals, restructuring processes, and business transfers.

With five years of experience as a deputy judge in the district court, Flovikholm has an in-depth understanding of court operations and procedures. This experience provides her with a solid foundation to assist clients in dispute resolution.

Flovikholm also has extensive experience in whistleblowing cases. She has, among other things, assisted in legal disputes concerning whistleblowing before the courts and in conducting fact-finding investigations and inquiries.
