Rebecca is a member of the dispute resolution and insurance practice group. She primarily assists Norwegian and international clients with dispute resolution, insurance law and company law advice. She also has experience in insolvency law and restructuring, and regularly assists insolvency practitioners with the administration of insolvency estates. In addition, Rebecca has expertise in compliance, particularly the Transparency Act, and assists clients in complying with these regulations.
