Our reinsurance practice is second to none. We have helped resolve or arbitrate some of the most significant reinsurance claims in Norway in the past few years. Our lawyers have extensive litigation experience, regularly representing insurers and reinsurers in arbitration proceedings and in the courts, including cases before the Supreme Court.
