She has experience in advising on all phases of a project, from early involvement in establishing project structures, the tender phase, contract drafting, project follow-up, final settlements, and dispute resolution.
Additionally, she regularly assists both public and private entities with procurement-related questions, including the selection of procurement strategies, contract strategies, and the preparation of tender documents. Her work also includes the follow-up of agreements in ongoing projects.
Alongside her experience with traditional procurement methods and construction models, Maria has also developed valuable expertise in collaborative contracts.
