Kristine Brenna

Kristine primarily works with advisory services and dispute resolution within employment law. She has experience across a broad range of issues within both individual and collective employment law, as well as related areas, and assists employers on an ongoing basis with complex and practical matters arising in the employment relationship.

She advises on matters including termination, dismissal, working time, employment contracts, and restructuring and downsizing processes. Kristine also assists in handling personnel matters and workplace conflicts, and has experience with both negotiations and litigation.

She has a background from the public sector, where she worked particularly with issues related to collective agreements, working time regulations, and negotiations. She has extensive experience in collective employment law, collective bargaining issues, and cooperation with trade unions.
