Ida Henriette Toftner

Ida mainly works within competition law, public procurement and EU/EEA law.

Ida wrote her master's thesis as a research assistant at the Centre for European Law at the University of Oslo. The master's thesis concerned the ex officio-duty in consumer cases. It examined the impact of EU/EEA law on civil and enforcement procedures in debt collection against consumers in Norwegian law. As a research assistant, Ida was also a co-editor of the journal EuroRett.
