Hege Grønberg Abrahamsen

She has extensive experience with labour law advice and dispute resolution before the courts. She assists both Norwegian and international clients with, among other things, recruitment, termination of employment, personnel matters, reorganisations and downsizing processes, business transfers, whistleblowing cases, collective bargaining issues and pensions.

Hege has led a number of major investigations and inquiries in both the private and public sectors. She regularly litigates before the courts and has several years of experience as a deputy judge in Oslo District Court.

Hege is an experienced lecturer and regularly teaches several labour law topics.
