Eirik Skoglund

Skoglund assists clients with advice and dispute resolution relating to various types of commercial contracts. He works primarily on construction law as well as fabrication, delivery and consulting contracts in various business sectors, including building and construction, offshore, aquaculture and IT.

Skoglund has considerable experience of managing dispute cases involving a wide range of legal fields through the ordinary courts of law, as both a lawyer and deputy judge. He also has experience of national and international arbitration cases, including institutional arbitration for the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC).
