Fees and Terms
Our fees are primarily calculated based on the time spent.
In addition, the experience and specialisation of the lawyers involved will be taken into account when determining the overall fee, as will the nature and complexity of the matter, the time available for carrying out the assignment, the outcome achieved, and the values involved in the matter.
Expenses incurred in connection with the performance of the assignment, such as travel expenses, official fees and similar costs, will be charged in addition. International assignments may be priced separately according to the specific engagement.
Arntzen Grette’s indicative hourly rates are available upon request from our offices.
Our general terms of engagement apply to all assignments unless otherwise agreed in writing.
