Wilma Johansson is part of the Banking, Finance and Insolvency practice group. She assists Norwegian and international clients with corporate law advice, and also has broad experience in the administration of bankruptcy estates.
Wilma is originally qualified as a Swedish lawyer and, with her Swedish background and in-depth knowledge of both Swedish and Norwegian law, she has a particular advantage in matters involving cross-border issues.
During her studies, Wilma chose to specialise in tax law and wrote her master’s thesis on personal taxation. She combined her studies with work in a bank, where she handled various tasks related to anti-money laundering and insolvency cases. Wilma also has previous experience from the insurance sector.
