Vilde is affiliated with the M&A practice group and primarily works with tax law matters.
She holds a Master of Laws degree from the University of Oslo. She wrote her master’s thesis in tax law. The thesis examined the significance of the Supplementary Tax Act for companies covered by the Norwegian tonnage tax system. Vilde also has work experience from the insurance industry.
