Signe Johanne Rustad

Signe is part of the dispute resolution department. She holds a Master of Laws from the University of Oslo, and worked as a Legal Assistant at the Norwegian Union of Architects alongside her studies.

Signe wrote her master’s thesis in civil procedure, in which she analysed whether withholding parts of the evidence from both the opposing party and the court can be accepted in light of the requirements for a fair trial under Article 6 of the ECHR.
