Saloume Djoudat is a specialist in contract law, corporate law, and transactions. She also regularly assists in disputes and litigation matters, and has acted as counsel in numerous cases before the courts.
Saloume has extensive experience with commercial contracts, including vertical agreements such as distribution, franchise and agency agreements, construction and infrastructure development, operating agreements, customer agreements, collaboration and partnership agreements, and supplier agreements. As part of this work, she has also litigated a number of court cases concerning the interpretation and supplementation of agreements, disputes over the allocation of risk and liability, liability for damages, and the assessment of damages.
Saloume has substantial board experience, including from Norwegian companies such as AF Gruppen ASA, Atea ASA and AKA AS. This experience has given her particular insight into strategic and operational issues, as well as compliance and risk management in the business sector.
