Rudi Hamansen

Hamansen mainly works with company law, transactions and general corporate taxation.

He has been involved in a number of complex reorganisations and transactions, where the assistance has been planning and implementation, including assessment of company and tax law issues. Furthermore, Rudi assists with dispute resolution before the courts and in appeals to the tax authorities.
