Ragnhild Austad

Ragnhild belongs to our construction law group. She has taken courses in company law and tax law, and her master's thesis was related to contract law, more specifically comparing avtaleloven § 36 up against the doctrine of failing assumptions. While she was writing her master's thesis she also worked as an law consultant at the Property department at the University of Bergen.
