Peder Alvik Sanengen has extensive experience in strategic advisory services, litigation and dispute resolution. He is admitted to the Supreme Court and assists clients with everything from early-stage strategic assessments, advisory services and negotiations to reach out-of-court settlements, to litigation before the courts and in arbitration.
His main focus is on commercial and complex contract law, and he has particular experience in providing advice and handling disputes within the industrial, energy, offshore, shipping and aquaculture sectors. He also has considerable experience in disputes relating to tort law, company law and cross-border disputes involving issues of choice of law and jurisdiction (private international law).
In addition to litigation before the ordinary courts, Peder has extensive experience in both domestic and international arbitration (including OCC, ICC, SCC, DIA, SIAC and AIAC).
