Oda Mehlum Petersen is part of the firm’s Construction practice. Her master’s thesis focused on public procurement, specifically the contracting authority’s obligation to address competitive advantages that may arise where a supplier has been involved in preparing a public procurement procedure. Oda assists with major construction and infrastructure projects.
She previously worked as a seminar leader and lecturer at the University of Bergen, where she gained experience in analysing complex legal issues and communicating them clearly and accessibly
