Natalie Kim Le Nguyen

Natalie specialises in shipping and finance, with a particular focus on bond financing, bank lending, and restructuring. She advises both Norwegian and international clients across the capital structure – including borrowers, issuers, arrangers, PE funds, banks, and other financial institutions.

Natalie has experience from a wide range of sectors, including real estate, infrastructure, renewable energy, oil and gas, shipping, fisheries, and technology. She is involved throughout the transaction process – from structuring and documentation to negotiations, coordination, and closing.

She is known for her clear and solution-oriented approach, with a strong focus on understanding the client’s business and the commercial drivers behind each transaction. Natalie values close collaboration and aims to ensure efficient and seamless execution.

Natalie has previously served as Chair of YoungShip Oslo and as a board member of YoungShip International, an organisation for young professionals in the maritime industry. She currently serves on the boards of several project companies in the tanker market.

She is ranked as a Rising Star in IFLR1000’s 2025 edition in the Debt Capital Markets category.
