Lene has a background in advising on real estate matters and possesses a solid understanding of the legal, commercial, and operational aspects of property transactions. Her experience includes due diligence processes, drafting and negotiation of agreements, registration and settlement procedures, as well as issues related to commercial leasing and planning and building law. This experience provides her with a valuable commercial perspective that enhances her work in disputes and contractual matters.
Within compliance, Lene has particular expertise in anti-money laundering regulation. She assists clients in identifying, managing, and mitigating risks associated with money laundering and terrorist financing – an area marked by rapid legal development. With her insight into new EU requirements and regulatory trends, she helps clients stay ahead of emerging obligations and maintain robust compliance frameworks.
