Jørgen Heggeriset Talsnes

Jørgen Talsnes is a member of our dispute resolution team and advises Norwegian and international clients on disputes involving, among other areas, contract law, company law, damages and insurance law. He has particular experience in interim injunctions and debt recovery matters.

From 2022 to 2023, Jørgen served as a deputy judge at Trøndelag District Court, where he handled a broad range of civil cases.

Jørgen regularly represents clients before the Norwegian courts and in arbitration proceedings, and advises on complex, high-value disputes.
