Jannicke is part of our M&A team. She has extensive experience advising on complex domestic and cross-border transactions, acting for both buyers and sellers.

She regularly supports clients on mergers and acquisitions, business transfers, capital raisings and other transaction-related matters. Jannicke also has considerable expertise in tax law and advisory, including on international issues.
