Håvard Olai Holsen

Håvard Olai Holsen specialises in EU/EEA law, competition law and public procurement.

Håvard was previously a PhD student at the Faculty of Law in Bergen, where he researched and taught EEA law and civil procedure. As a research fellow, he published a scientific article on EEA law in the journal Lov og Rett. The article explores how EEA law affects the competition authorities’ right of access to lawyers’ communications.
