Hanne is a member of the Dispute Resolution department and assists Norwegian and international clients with dispute resolution and insurance law. She has extensive experience of both judicial and extrajudicial disputes across a range of sectors and areas of law, with particular expertise in contract law, damages and liability cases, debt recovery and property law.
Hanne also regularly assists Norwegian and international clients in extensive and complex insurance disputes. Among other things, she has experience of disputes and cover issues relating to property damage and business interruption insurance, professional indemnity insurance and other liability insurance policies.
