Hallvard Sund

Hallvard is a part of our dispute resolution team. While working on his master's thesis, he worked with legal research in constitutional and administrative law at the Parliamentary research section. He has also worked for the Parliamentary Ombud's office, handling complaints in areas such as planning and building matters and environmental law.

Hallvard wrote his master's thesis in administrative law, concerning the substantial and compensatory protection against withdrawal of concessions under Norwegian legislation.
