Elisabeth Hoffmann

Elisabeth Hoffmann specialises in corporate and contract law and advises clients on all types of transactions. She has extensive experience of acquisitions and disposals of companies, as well as intra-group restructurings. She has strong expertise in contract negotiations, transaction execution and project management. Elisabeth assists clients throughout the entire transaction process, from planning and due diligence through to drafting transaction documents and completion.

Elisabeth has experience of board work, which has strengthened her understanding of operational challenges, strategy and risk management within businesses. She is also experienced in knowledge sharing, both as an external speaker and through delivering in-house training for clients.
