Bendik Medhus primarily works with commercial real estate and has more than seven years of experience advising on both small and large property transactions, acting for sellers and buyers alike. He has managed numerous transactions from start to completion, including acquisitions and disposals of properties and real estate holding companies, due diligence processes, contract negotiations and completion arrangements.
His experience covers transactions involving land plots, development projects, income-producing properties and leasehold interests. In addition, Bendik regularly advises on commercial and residential lease agreements, ground lease matters (including termination), as well as issues relating to expropriation, valuation proceedings and bond financing.
He also has experience with warranty and indemnity insurance, transactions subject to concession requirements and sales of forestry properties, as well as general contract law, real property law and corporate law.
